Management Team

J.T. Tortorelli (jt@groupcbf.com), one of the principles, is a former regional manager for True Value Company.  He was instrumental in implementing True Value's Variable Pricing program. He left True Value a few years ago to become independent and work in the design of the Intelligent Margin Enhancement program. He has assisted many hardware stores with their pricing both as an employee and independent consultant.

Stephen Plotnick (steve@groupcbf.com) is one of the principles. He has been working as an independent consultant to the hardware industry for over 20 years. He is very well known as a "go to" person to assist hardware store owners with inventory and pricing issues.

Melissa Kellom (mkellom@groupcbf.com) is our accountant and office manager. She will most likely be the person that answers your initial phone calls. She has remotely connected with several hundred Activant store's POS systems to create the Level 1/Level 2 reports utilized by True Value's variable pricing program.
